Important things to know before you visit:

• There are no lockers available, you can enter with small bags and coats.
• Big bags and suitcases aren’t allowed, but can be stored at Amsterdam Central Station.
• Wheelchair users are always welcome at Madame Tussauds. However, due to strict fire regulations, we are allowed to admit two wheelchair users at a time.
• Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
• Some areas of the Attraction may not be suitable for children of certain ages and reserves the right to refuse access to such areas to Visitors under any recommended age limit.
• Certain areas may use special effects (e.g., loud noises, strobe lights). Visitors with health conditions should consult staff and avoid such areas.
• Visitors must follow all health and safety instructions from attraction staff.
• Visitors may be searched for safety reasons. Refusal or possession of dangerous/suitable items can lead to denied entry or removal.
• Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings; Merlin is not liable for loss or theft.
• Visitors are required to observe the following prohibitions while at the Attraction: No smoking, No pets or animals, No consumption of food or drink & No offensive weapons.
• No access to any area of the Attraction other than areas designated for access by Visitors
• No unnecessary noise (whether from mobile phones or personal stereos or otherwise) or behavior likely to annoy or offend other Visitors or intimidate the Attraction staff.
